Righteous Fury: Preqeuisites(Smite Evil ability, barbarian heritage) Despite your paladin training, your blood still runs as hot in battle as your ancestors did. When fighting evil or non-lawful beings you are able to rage as a barbarian. When raging, paladins gain a plus 4 to Str and Con, a +2 morale bonus on will saves and receive temporary hitpoints equal to their new CON modifier. They are also able to deal 1d3/level holy damage in addition to their regular damage on a successful attack. Only unholy (Undead, fiends, evil outsiders) are affected. The paladin may rage for a number of rounds equal to 3+ his new con modifier. However, after raging, the paladin is fatigued for twice as long as a barbarian would be. The paladin rage may rage once a day. This increase by one use per day every four levels.

More about Vog-Sun:

Vog-Sun is the youngest child in the current generation of Suns. They are descended from the greatest barbarian to ever walk realm: Wat-Sun Angijak(Iron Blood). Yes, Wat-Sun, who single-handedly slew the great River Wraith of Haeglen. Wat-Sun, who chased the invading army of Murder Elementals out of Lothien. Wat-Sun, who...well, I think you get the picture. The man left a very large boots to fill, regardless of the fact that he didn't wear shoes. His children, and their children, have all followed in his footsteps...or tried to. While all of then, from Jon-Sun to Shod-Sun have all been great fighter in their own right, none have had that rage that made their ancestor the legend that he is today. And so the family name has fallen into disgrace. They now call them Lilgijak(flowerblood) and openly mock their ancestor. This has led to many a bar brawl that has ended in broken limbs, but still the mockery persists. It doesn't help that Vog's father Shod, married an elven cleric. When Shod died in battle with a dragon his wife took their three children toto live at the church and be raised 'proper'. Vog and his brother Jon II were trained as clergyman while their sister, Sarandea, was trained as a cleric. His brother took to it fairly well, Vog always believed.it was because he was more elf than orc. But Bog found just sitting around and reading to be boring. That's not to say he didn't believe what the church did to be worthless, he just felt that instead of being cooped up assuring people of their choice in belief he could be out in the world, saving the lost in the name.of his god and bringing morenpeople to the light. When he was eighteen he got his chance. The church came under attack by a roving band of raiders. Hesitating only for a moments, Vog took up his father's ax(the only reminder he had of him) and some decoratiry armor and attacked them head on. It wasn't an easy battle. He was out numbered ten to one, and had little to no experience in battle. But as he fought, he felt a light guiding his blows and leading his movements. He was able to slaughter four of them before they could even land a blow on him. Frightened, five of the remaining raiders ran, not having expected an actual fight. Only their leader, a particularly hard headed orc by the name Strul, stayed. He and Vog fought for what seemed like hours. All those that had barricaded themselves within the church watched in amazement as the boy fought his adversary. At first it seemed like Strurl had the upper hand, being much stronger than Vog, not like to mention actually knowing how to fight. But it seemed he couldn't even hit Vog, theyboy kept jumping around, Strurl blows barely missing him. Eventually the raider grew tired and Vog was able to deal a lethal blow to the orcs neck, lopping the raiders head clean off. After that day, the church began training him as a paladin, something that the had not existed.in their sect for many a year. Now, aged twenty-five, Vog travels the land spreading the word of his god and bringing justice to the unlawful and vengeance to they evil.

Too late! In character, I will be incredibly respectful about your family. Out of character, I will always refer to Vog as "Applejack" from now on. =D

But only Wat has been called Angijak. Plus that's not really their family name, it was Wat's title. Sun is their surname.

Orga, that was a seriously awesome bio. I am suddenly inspired to write an awesome backstory for Tyv. It had me gripped to the last word, but now I'm really curious, what is the whole, "oiled their three children" supposed to mean?

It seems like a perfectly reasonable reaction if your husband dies fighting a dragon. Seriously Nik, when was the last time that your husband died, and you didn't oil your three children? =P
