The term is kinda self explanatory, but for anyone who isn't sure of what this means, here's a quick link for you.
Next fascinated person to talk is taking an experience penalty. =P

Assuming the ally isn't fascinated, "A fascinated creature’s ally may shake it free of the spell as a standard action." Close, but no biscuit. =P

Although I believe you could shake them out of it as a standard action? Since your performance is verbal, I don't see any reason you couldn't do that right now to one of them. The others though? Can't do it. =P
